About the Opportunity

FCm Travel Solutions has room to hire a talented Business Development Manager for their office in Ottawa.

These roles are full-time, working from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday only. Joining an organized business that is a global leader in travel, you will be a part of a company who prides itself on putting its people first.

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate does not need to have qualifications or experience in travel, but they do need buckets of ambition and an insatiable appetite for sales. Business Development Management experience is necessary, as you will become an influential driving force in the growth of this team.

The primary purpose of this role is to acquire new travel business, presenting products and services to prospective clients, whilst highlighting the benefits of booking with FCm Travel Solutions.

As this is primarily a B2B telephone sales and business development role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business owners and managers who need to book corporate travel.

We are looking for a sales extraordinaire who has experience in cold calling businesses and generating their own leads.

About the Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive, performance-driven UNCAPPED salary package plus commission, with global career advancement and travel opportunities! We expect fully trained BDM's to be earning around at least $70,000 OTE in the first year!
