Junior Travel Consultant
We are looking for a Full Time, Junior Travel Consultant with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience selling Travel and capable of handling all aspects from Booking Flights, Cruises and Vacations/Tours and coordinating Tour Excursions and Special Events. Will be responsible for the complete management of Clients and providing Excellent Customer Service.
What you'll be doing:
* Prepare Vacation/Tour/Cruise Packages
* Selling Travel insurance
Update customers with travel information and other details which includes:
* Rules & regulations regarding the places being visited
* Visa requirements
* Currency, Health risks and requirements
* Import Duty and other Allowances
* Baggage Allowance
* Special Needs Arrangements for customers
* Process refunds and attend to other financial transactions
* Process and document booking, invoicing using appropriate software
* Attend to Cancellations and schedule changes
* Maintaining Contact lists
Perform general office duties and managing difficult situations with customers. Attention to detail and Work under pressure
Desired Qualifications :
* TICO Certification Required
* Experience in the Travel Industry
* Basic Computer Knowledge - MS Office Suite, using the Internet and web search
* General Web Booking engines
